The Manasota P&DC received special recognition for
outstanding performance in many areas for fiscal year 2008. This included best
Suncoast District performance for BPI, DPS%, AFCS at risk, lowest late trip %
and VOE improvement verses SPL Y. This is a direct reflection of the outstanding
efforts of the employees of the Manasota P&DC. As the Postal Service has entered
into a new era where budgetary challenges are like never before, efforts like
those of our employees are worthy of such recognition. Our employees should be
